All New Again® was founded in Washington state by Jon Baer. Jon Baer, born and raised in Washington, started in the flooring business in 1987, and opened his first flooring and remodeling location in 1999 in Bothell, Washington. In 2004, he gradually realized that his customers who experienced unfortunate water or fire losses found overwhelming challenges navigating the cumbersome insurance claims process. While the insurance carriers had adjusters and contractors working for them with the carrier’s bests interest as a priority, the homeowner did not have a contractor with their best interest as a priority. Baer wanted to even the playing field and increase the standard of care offered to the homeowners. Today, our highly skilled team takes pride in its 100+ years of collective experience in restoration, electrical, HVAC and Leak Detection services. As we have grown to a full-service and completely integrated in-house restoration company, our customers have come to expect the highest level of service and quality.
